In 1990 Sports Junction was established by Jim and his wife Maryanne in Geneva, OH. Thanks to all the support from the hunting community of Northeast Ohio, the original Sports Junction thrived as an 800 Square foot store on their property for 32 years. May of 2022 the store was moved to an 8,000 square foot location expanding into more then just Guns and Ammo.

Moving the store was a risky move, but we filled up 8,000 square feet faster than we would have ever imagined. Both Jim and Maryanne are still active in the business, as is their son Rusty, who took the initial strides of moving to this much bigger location!

Our gun room consists of 4 full showcases of handguns, a full wall of long guns, handgun and rifle ammo, optics including Vortex, Leupold, Bushnell (just to name a few), and any MANY other gun accessories.

We carry compound bows, crossbows, and recurves in some of the most popular brands including Mathews, Hoyt, Bear, Ten Point, Wicked Ridge, Barnett, Killer Instinct and more. We also carry arrows, bolts, and all bow accessories required for hunting, and target shooting. We have two full service bow techs for all your bow repair needs!

Fishing was new for us moving to the new store, so we are always looking for recommendations on things that we should carry. Our location is one quick stop on the way to the lake for fishing!

Our 3D archery course is still open at our old location, 2239 Claymill Dr Geneva, OH 44041. It stays open from April to October. We run leagues all summer long and people come from all over to shoot it. The course is 30 life size Rhinehart targets that simulate a real life hunting experience. The cost to shoot is $15.

In winter 2023 we decided we needed to offer somewhere indoor to host leagues and give customers somewhere to shoot their bows. We built a 30 yard archery range in our neighboring building which held league nights Fridays and Saturdays as well as open shoots. Its a great option for sighting in your bow or getting some shooting done in the cold Ohio months! We now have an indoor 3D course as well as regular targets open anytime the store is open!
